Aletheia Forensics provides automated geospatial analytical evaluations based on independent third-party Earth observation telemetry (including ESA, NASA, JAXA, and Copernicus). All outputs, including EUDR Compliance Dossiers and Verification Ledgers, constitute technical remote-sensing evaluations and expert analytical opinions, not formal state certifications or legal counsel.
Standard flat-rate processing fees apply exclusively to single contiguous geometries up to a maximum area of 10,000 hectares (100 square kilometers). Any GeoJSON submission exceeding this limit is structurally classified as a Macro-Concession. Aletheia Forensics strictly reserves the right to reject automated processing for Macro-Concessions. Such expansive areas require custom Enterprise computational allocation and specialized pricing.
Under no circumstances shall Aletheia Forensics, its operators, or technical contributors be liable for blocked shipments, seized cargo, demurrage fees, financial losses, regulatory fines, commercial damages, contractual penalties, or indirect/consequential damages resulting from the use of or reliance upon our analytical dossiers.
All algorithmic services and generated dossiers are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Aletheia Forensics for any claim, dispute, or action arising out of or related to these services shall strictly not exceed the specific fee paid by the client for the individual report in dispute.
The Aletheia Forensics multi-sensor pipeline is engineered to measure the physical and structural parameters of vegetation (e.g., canopy height >5m, density >10%, and woody biomass backscatter) to evaluate compliance against FAO thresholds. However, remote spaceborne telemetry (SAR, LiDAR, and Optical) cannot definitively identify specific botanical species or statutory land-use classifications (e.g., distinguishing a mature oil palm, rubber, or agroforestry plantation from a natural primary forest).
If the physical structure of an agricultural plantation meets the FAO structural thresholds for a forest, the algorithmic engine will classify it as such based on objective telemetry. The Client retains sole responsibility for supplementing the dossier with ground-truth documentation to establish specific species or land-use exemptions under the EUDR.
The multi-sensor physical arbitration pipeline relies on deterministic spaceborne instrumentation governed by strict orbital trajectories:
The service is engineered specifically for primary EUDR high-risk commodity origins (Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and temperate regions). For plots located in extreme boreal or sub-polar zones (above 51.6° N / 60° N, such as northern Scandinavia, northern Canada, or northern Eurasia), physical LiDAR/L-band telemetry coverage may be unavailable, and the engine will default to Level 1 multi-spectral optical baselines.
The client retains sole responsibility for:
The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aletheia Forensics and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses (including legal fees) asserted by third parties (including buyers, banks, or regulatory bodies) arising from the client's utilization of the dossier.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Ukraine, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Ukraine.
